Yay for Blake and the volunteer goblins who were up early and sweeping behind us. They did a fabulous job of marking the route everyday and taking down the signs. I'd only add a better rain plan- the pink was hard to see in some places due to the water. :(
Fortunately I didn't need the mechanics and my tires held well but I saw how well the mechanical support worked. The organization of the ride was well done.
I really liked how we went from 2 nights of camping, to a night of optional bunk beds, to the lodge the last night. This was very smart. As we got more tired, it was really nice to have those options. Four nights of camping would have been hard.
